Volley

  •  Begin with body in the ready position(feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, one foot slightly in front of the other, hands out in front of the body)
  • Move body in to position under the ball with hands placed directly above the forehead with thumbs and forefingers forming a triangle
  • The ball should make contact with the tips of all fingers on both hands
  • Beginning with the feet and ankles, extend joints of the body to push the ball in the desired direction/target. Finish with the arms in the follow through position, fingers pointing forward and backs of hands together.
