Bump

  •  Begin with body in the ready position
  • Move body in order for player to position himself or herself so the ball is in line with the center of the body.
  • Arms should be extended out directly in front of the body with the hands positioned in a clenched manner.
  • The ball should make contact on both forearms, just above the wrists
  • Beginning with the feet and ankles, the player should extend all joints in order to generate enough force to push ball towards the target. Player should finish in some what of an extended position with the shoulders facing towards the desired target.
